On the lower floor are situated an airy living room and the kitchen, where is noticeable the present of marbles and granites. On the upper floor a cosy loft integrates the bathroom and the bedroom, with breathtaking views over Milan's rooftops. Air conditioning completes the list of comforts.

The sunlight invades this place giving it a bright feeling, and it really completes the flat's features. Furthermore, its position on the last floor, gives the tenants some of the most amazing view over Milan, with the Pirelli's skyscraper, one of the rationalist architecture brightest examples, in the background.
